Landing page design & optimization

Getting the clicks is only half the job.

A well-run ad campaign can drive the right people to your site and still produce nothing if the page they land on isn't built to convert. Landing page design and optimization is the part of advertising most agencies skip over — and it's often the reason a campaign that should be working isn't.

That said, not every campaign needs a dedicated landing page. We'll tell you honestly when it does and when it doesn't.
Do you actually need one?

Meta

Usually not — instant forms typically outperform external pages for lead gen.

Google

Usually yes — high-intent visitors have high expectations. The page has to match the ad promise.

Either

We'll look at your existing site first. If it's doing the job, we'll say so.

What makes a landing page actually work

One page. One action. No distractions.

A good landing page does one thing: moves a specific visitor toward a specific action. That means a clear headline that matches what the ad promised, a single focused call to action, and no unnecessary distractions pulling the visitor away from that action.

Every element on the page should be earning its place. Fast load times, clean mobile experience, and a form that doesn’t ask for more than it needs to. The moment a page asks for too much, visitors leave.

Social proof matters more than most people realize. Adding the right reviews and testimonials to a landing page is one of the fastest ways to improve conversion rate without changing anything else.

DEDICATED LANDING PAGE VS. WEBSITE PAGE
ANATOMY OF A HIGH-CONVERTING LANDING PAGE

Every element earning its place.

Headline that matches the ad

The first thing a visitor checks is whether the page delivers on the ad's promise. Mismatches kill conversions immediately.

Single, clear CTA

One action per page. Multiple CTAs dilute focus and reduce conversions. The page should know what it wants the visitor to do.

Social proof

Reviews, testimonials, case studies, or client logos. Skeptical visitors need to see that others have trusted you and it worked out.

Short form, low friction

Every additional field reduces conversions. We ask for what we need and nothing more.

Fast load times

Every second of load time costs conversions. Mobile performance matters as much as desktop.

No navigation menu

A nav menu is an exit ramp. Landing pages remove it to keep visitors focused on the one action that matters.

How we build & Optimize

What our landing page process really looks like

We look at what you already have before recommending anything new.

Every page needs one clear conversion goal before we write a word or design a pixel.

Copy, layout, social proof, form, tracking — everything built to the brief.

Tracking set up, performance monitored from day one — not just at month end.

Headline, form, social proof, layout — we keep testing until the page is doing its job.

Simple, user-friendly and conversion-focused. No distractions.

How we build them

Your platform first. Always.

We always try to build within your existing CMS first. Keeping everything in one place is simpler to manage and better for your long-term site structure. When your current platform has limitations that would compromise the page’s performance, we’ll build on WordPress, Shopify, or Go High Level depending on your business model and the broader strategy we’re running together.

We’re not attached to any one platform. We’re attached to what works for your specific situation.

Optimization doesn't stop at launch. We monitor performance, identify where visitors drop off, and keep testing until the page is doing its job.

We start with what you already have.

Your existing CMS

Simpler management, better site structure, no platform migration needed. Our preferred method.

Wordpress

Service businesses, content-heavy pages, full site integration.

Shopify

Product-focused pages where the purchase flow needs to stay native.

GoHighLevel

High-volume lead gen with built-in CRM and follow-up automation.

Let's build something real.

Tell us about your business. We’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and where there’s room to grow — no pressure, just clarity.

Or text us — we actually respond.

Landing Page Questions

Do I need a landing page for every campaign?

No. For Meta campaigns we typically use on-platform instant forms, which often outperform external landing pages for lead generation. For Google Ads and other intent-based campaigns, a dedicated landing page is usually worth it. We’ll give you a straight recommendation based on your specific campaign before anything is built.

Nothing, if the page is built to convert. The problem is that most website pages are built to inform, not convert. They have navigation menus, multiple calls to action, and content that pulls visitors in different directions. A dedicated landing page removes those distractions and focuses the visitor on one action.

We start with whatever you’re already using. If your existing platform can do the job, we’ll build there. When it can’t, we use WordPress, Shopify, or Go High Level depending on your business model and what the campaign strategy calls for.

We track conversion rate, form submissions, cost per lead, and where visitors drop off on the page. If the numbers aren’t where they should be, we make changes and test again. We report on what actually matters, not just traffic volume.

A straightforward landing page typically takes one to two weeks from brief to launch, depending on how quickly we can gather assets and approvals. More complex builds take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start.

Yes. If you have an existing page that isn’t converting the way it should, we can audit it, identify what’s holding it back, and make the changes needed to improve performance.
